Directions
Travelling east along the M602:
At the end of the motorway go straight across (literally) the roundabout on to Regent Road (A57).
Continue straight on to the Mancunian Way (A57M).
Follow the directions from the Mancunian Way (below).
Travelling east along the M56:
As the M56 enters Manchester it becomes the A5103 (Princess Road).
Continue straight on for several miles, through numerous sets of traffic lights, until you reach a roundabout (there are 2 speed cameras shortly after the M56 becomes the A5103).
Take the third exit from the roundabout and continue to the next roundabout.
Go straight across this roundabout to join the A57M (Mancunian Way).
Follow the directions from the Mancunian Way (below).
Travelling east along the A57(M) Mancunian Way:
The Mancunian Way ends in traffic lights; go straight on.
At the next set of lights the road bends round to the left & becomes Great Ancoats Street.
Proceed through three more sets of traffic lights.
At the fourth set of lights turn right just before "Central Retail Park" on to Old Mill Street.
Proceed through the pedestrian friendly zone to the traffic lights & go straight across on to Bradford Road.
Turn left on to Varley Street (signposted Miles Platting Pools, Public Library).
Proceed over the canal bridge & turn right, just before the large brick church, onto Sawley Road.
The Cariocca car park entrance is immediately on your right.
